The Arab Potash Company (APC) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Rashid Lubani as Vice President for Marketing and Sales. Mr. Lubani has a long and extensive experience in the management, marketing, logistics and promotion of potash and fertilizers.
Prior to his recent appointment, Mr. Lubani had occupied the position of APC's Sales Director since 2008. He has also held several positions at APC, including: Chief Representative of APC’s Overseas Office in Malaysia, and Sales Manager – Asia. Mr. Lubani also served as APC’s Secretary of the Board of Directors, and a member of the Board of Directors of several subsidiary companies of APC.
Mr. Lubani holds a Master's degree in Agricultural Sciences from the American University of Beirut (AUB), and completed the Executive Development Program at Kellogg School of Management at the Northwestern University. Mr. Lubani succeeds Mr. Jafar Salem who has been appointed as a Senior Advisor for the Chairman of the Board.
