Nippon-Jordan Fertilizer Company (NJFC)

NJFC was established in 1992 as a joint venture between APC, Jordan Phosphate Mines Company (JPMC), ZEN NOH, Mitsubishi Kasei, Asahi and Mitsubishi Corporation. The company began operation in 1999, producing NPK, DAP and phosphate ammonium fertilizer exported primarily to the Japanese market. The company’s capital of JOD 16.7 million is held by APC (20%), JPMC (70%), and Mitsubishi Corporation (10%).
