Dr. Samer Al Mofleh
Dr. Samer Al Mofleh currently serves as the Vice President Strategic Planning, Excellence, and Growth at the Arab Potash Company. Between (2020-2011) he held the position of an Acting Adviser to the Director General for Strategic Planning and International Cooperation at the Social Security Corporation Managing three core functions (Strategic Planning and Performance Management, Operations and Quality, and International Cooperation), in addition to lecture at the Graduate School of Business Administration at the German Jordanian University since (2010).
Dr. Al Mofleh is currently and was a Board Member in several institutions including the: Jordan Petroleum Refinery Company, Jordan Petroleum Products Marketing Company, Graduate School of Business Administration/German Jordanian University, Jordan Economic Forum, Hydron Energy (Gulf), and Orange/Jordan Telecom Group.
Dr. Al Mofleh worked as an Economic Expert at The Prime Ministry of Jordan/Prime Minister’s Office (2011-2010), and an Economic Expert at The Jordan Investment Board (2010-2008), and worked as a part-time Expert with the World Bank Group on some projects in the region.
Dr. Al Mofleh holds a Ph.D. Degree in Engineering Management from the University of Bristol (2008), in addition to a M.Sc. Degree in Engineering Business Management from Coventry University (2004), and a B.Sc. Degree in Computer Engineering from Applied Science University (2002). Dr. Al Mofleh also holds some professional certifications (PMP, PBA, EFQM…etc.) and published several research papers related to e-government and e-services development.
